I have two loves: psychology and teaching. Okay, three loves: psychology, teaching, and my teddy bear, Gunther. Maybe four loves: psychology, teaching, Gunther, and my lizard. My half of the website is about all of those things, plus any other random bits that float up out of my brain from time to time.

Gunther, the Bear

Gunther's been in the family since I was in the single digits. He's an old-school Gund, cloth fur and everything. His stuffing is 95% fuzz and 55% cute. That's right, his fuzzy-cuteness is beyond mathematicians' ability to express.

A Lizard Called Kitty

Actually, his name is H.I.R.U., which stands for Horror-Inducing Reptile Unit.

He's a bearded dragon, he's less than a year old, and he has increased in mass about a thousand times since he first moved in. Soon, he shall burst forth from the confines of his plexiglass terrarium and crush the unbelievers beneath his mighty claws!
